Process

Two ways:

1. Design/Drawings - Pay for project design/blueprints upfront. This allows you to bid out the actual build/work phase.

2. Estimate - Overview of project and costs given prior to work moving forward.

Types of Projects

1. Additions - Adding new space/structure changes

2. Redesign - Changing an existing layout or re-purposing space
i.e. redesigning a kitchen by adding counter space/new cabinets, etc.

3. Renovations - To restore, repair, improve existing structures
